This is your Holiday Dinner neatly packaged in the cutest balls ever. You have your turkey, cornbread stuffing, potatoes and cranberry sauce with an Asian flare. I made these for my office Christmas luncheon. Everyone went crazy over these. I feel that we should celebrate everyday as if it was a holiday...make these for any occassion. Ingredients For holiday dinner turkey balls

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/3 c
    instant potato flakes, dry
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    chives
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 box
    cornbread stuffing
  • SWEET AND TANGY SAUCE
  • 1 can
    cranberry sauce
  • 1 jar
    chili sauce
  • 1 md
    juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 c
    dry sherry
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 3 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp
    granulated onion
  • 1-2 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • **water if needed**

How To Make holiday dinner turkey balls

    combine ingredients 1-8 in a mixing bowl
  • 2
    place about a Tbsp of the meat mixture in the palm of you hand. **it's best if your hands are damp** add about a tsp of the cornbread mixture in the center of the meat mixture.

    seal the meat mixture around the cornbresd stuffing. roll and make 2 inch meatballs. meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. on a oven proof pan bake the turkey balls for 10-12 minutes or until done.

    in a large stock pot add all the sauce ingredients. simmer and stir unitl you have a smooth sauce. add the meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes or so
