Ingredients For herbed turkey tetrazzini

2 cchopped turkey breast meat

2 Tbspolive oil

1/4 cchopped onion

1/2 cchopped fresh mushroom

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/4 call purpose flour

1 cwhole milk

1 cchicken broth

2 Tbspfresh chopped parsley

1 tspdried whole tarragon

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 dashground nutmeg
-
2 1/2 ccooked spaghetti or fettucine

1 cmozzarella cheese, divided

How To Make herbed turkey tetrazzini

1Brown turkey in olive oil. Remove from pan, set aside. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.

2Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add flour, stirring well. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and chicken broth; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbley.

3Stir in parsley, tarragon, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, and 1/4 cup cheese, stirring well.

4Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover over low heat until cheese melts. Sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley.
