My dad would make this on a saturday and then we would have meatloaf sandwiches for the following monday, if there was any left, lol.

Ingredients For healthy turkey meatloaf

  • 1-1/2 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    favorite bbq sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2
    egg whites, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make healthy turkey meatloaf

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onions, 1/2 cup bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg whites and salt & pepper.

    Mix well w/ hands. Place mix in center of baking sheet. Shape into a loaf. Spread remaining bbq sauce on top of loaf. Bake 1 hr.
