I know a lot of people have their own recipe for tater-tot casseroles, but I wanted to make a slighlty healthier version. It passed the test of my grandchildren!!

Ingredients For healthy tater-tot casserole

  • 1/2
    of a 1 lb bag of frozen tater-tots
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    frozen kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 c
    reduecd-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make healthy tater-tot casserole

  • 1
    Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together ground turkey, soup, peas and corn.

    Pour mix into casserole dish. Top evenly w/ tater-tots. Bake 20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ cheese. bake until cheese melts, about 5 mins.
