Ingredients For healthy spiced-up turkey burgers

1/2 cchopped onion

2 Tbsplow-fat plain yogurt

1 Tbspsnipped fresh dill

1-1/2 Tbsphot sauce

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspminced garlic
-
1 lbground turkey breast

4hamburger rolls, split

4lettuce leaves
-
4tomato slices
How To Make healthy spiced-up turkey burgers

1In lg bowl, combine onion, yogurt, dill, hot sauce, salt and garlic. Add crumbled turkey. Mix well.

2Shape mix into 4-3/4"-thick patties. Grill patties over medium heat, uncovered, for about 6-8 mins per side.

3Serve patties on rolls w/ lettuce and tomato.
