Ingredients For healthy saucy chili

2 lbground turkey breast

1onion, chopped
-
1green bell pepper, chopped

1celery stalk, chopped

146 oz bottle v-8 tomato/vegetable juice, perferably spicy

129 oz can tomato sauce
-
1/4 cchili powder
-
1/2 tspsalt and pepper, each

2 tspground cumin
-
1-1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tsporegano
-
1/2 tspsugar
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

114.5 oz can diced tomatoes

115 oz can red kidney beans, drained

115.5 oz can chili beans
How To Make healthy saucy chili

1Spray a lg pot w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Brown ground turkey, onion, green bell pepper and celery until onion is soft and turkey is coooked fully.

2Add remaining ingredients to pot. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3 hrs. Top off each bowl w/ some light sour cream, if desired.
