Ingredients For healthy minestrone casserole

1 lbbulk ground trukey breast

1/2 cchopped celery
-
2 cmedium-sized pasta shells.

214-1/2 oz cans chopped whole tomatoes.

115 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained.

110 0z pkg frozen kernel corn, thwaed.

1 tspdried thyme
-
1 tspgarlic powder.
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.
How To Make healthy minestrone casserole

1Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, cook sausage and celery for 10 min, or until turkey is browned, breaking it up as you cook. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg bowl, put sausage and celery mix and remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour pasta and sausage mix into casserole dish, top w/ cheese. Cover w/ foil, bake 40 min.
