1 calmond meal or panko bread crumbs

1/2 conion

1 cfresh cilantro

1egg

1 tspchili powder

2 tspcumin

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

1 dashworchester sauce

1 tsptajin seasoning
How To Make green chili turkey burgers

1Dice onion and cilantro. Lightly oil a large shallow frying pan with EVOO and 1 Tbsp of butter.

2In a medium sized bowl mix all the ingredients and form into eight burgers.

3Place burgers into heated pan after butter is melted, and fry 5-8 min on each side till done. Do not overcook.
