Blue Ribbon Recipe

Terrific turkey with a delicious and EASY twist! Follow Sherri's directions and you will have the perfect holiday turkey. The turkey is tender and juicy. The flavor from the apples in the cavity permeates the meat. We found it most noticeable in the dark meat. The apple juice poured on top caramelizes in the baking process and gives the turkey a sweet and savory flavor. A fantastic centerpiece for your holiday meal.
