Ingredients For easy turkey taco soup

1 Tbspolive oil

1-1/2 cfrozen whole kernel corn

116 oz can pinto beans, drained

110 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, drained

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
32 ozlower-sodium chicken broth
-
2-1/2 cchopped, cooked turkey
-
sour cream for garnish
-
shredded mexican style cheese for garnish
How To Make easy turkey taco soup

1Heat oil in lg saucepan over med-high heat. Add corn, cook 3 mins, stirring. Add beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning mix.

2Add broth. Cover, bring to a boil over high heat. Stir. Add turkey. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve w/ sour cream and shredded cheese to top off the soup.
