1 1/2 cmarinara sauce

114 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes

2 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 tspred pepper flakes ( optional)

1salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 lblean ground turkey

1 ccheddar jack cheese (shredded)

1/2white onion, diced
-
4garlic cloves, diced
-
4mini bell peppers, various colors
-
1/2green bell pepper
-
1 cwhite mushrooms sliced

1/4 cfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make easy turkey mac

1Prepare ingredients

2Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, drained and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil, onions, garlic, and ground turkey. Cook until light brown, stirring to break up turkey. ( 3 - 5 ) minutes.

3Add mushrooms, diced tomatoes, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning and let simmer ( 3 - 5 minutes). Then add bell peppers, salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked macaroni, shredded cheese and combine all ingredients well.

4Sprinkle chopped parsley toss and serve with fresh grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese
