What could be easier than skillet nachos? Use ground beef if you want, but to make it healthier, I used ground turkey breast. Taste better to me! Just saying....

Ingredients For easy skillet nachos

1 lbground turkey breast, or ground lean beef

1chopped onion
-
2 cspicy picante sauce
-
115 oz can black beans, drained
-
1-1/2 tspchili powder
-
1 lgtomato, chopped
-
1/2 cblack olives, sliced
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
-
1/2 clight sour cream
-
112 oz bag tortilla chips
How To Make easy skillet nachos

1In lg skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey and onions. If using beef, drain fat from skillet.

2Add picante sauce, beans and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for 5 mins. Stir in tomatoes and olives.

3Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle w/ cheese. Spoon sour cream over center of mix. Place chips around the edges of skillet.
