Ingredients For easy crunchy taco casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 sm
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz
    frozen corn kernels
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 8 oz
    salsa
  • 1-1/2 c
    reduced-fat,shredded mexican-style cheese
  • crushed baked tortilla chips
  • sour cream for garnish

How To Make easy crunchy taco casserole

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place pan over med-high heat. Brown ground turkey. Add onion and green bell peper.

    Cook until tender. Add corn, taco seasoning, water and salsa. Mix well. Spread 1/2 of turkey mix into a 9" x 13" baking pan.

    Top w/ some crushed tortilla chips and then a handful of cheese. Spread remaining turkey mix over cheese and top w/ remaining chips and cheese. Bake 20 mins. Serve w/ sour cream.
