1I was heavily medicated for several years for severe clinical depression. After that long I got sick and tired of living on expensive medications to just "be'. So I started doing my own searches and found out depression is your brains inability to produce it's own nerotoxins! You can counteract this by bringing on the amino acids! Adding turkey, banana's & watermelon to my diet and a little all natural pill called "L-tyrosine" from the health food store. I went off my meds cold turkey (pun intended!) about 7 years ago and haven't looked back since! If I ever get to feeling a bit depressed I load up on the turkey, banana's and watermelon again and I'm good to go!
