Since hubby and I must watch our fats and sodium I've been changing my original recipes into a little more healthier. I must say that the flavor is out of this world and I honestly like them much better than traditional meatballs and so did my family!

2Roll into balls. You can determine the size. (small, medium or large) I made 35 medium meatballs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

3You can eat these just as they are or you can add sauce. I added Francesco Rinaldi No Salt Added Traditional Spaghetti Sauce sodium is 40 mg for 1/2 cup it has no saturated or trans fats. Carbs are 12 g and the total fat was 2.5 g. I didn't think that was too bad! We made meatball sandwiches topped with onions and peppers that I sauted in fat free cooking spray!
