    lettuce leaf

    diced onion
  • 1 slice
    swiss cheese (we order cheddar on ours)
  • NEVA'S SECRET SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt

    Spread Neva sauce on 1 side of bread then put into a panin pan or frypan sauceside down. Assembly the turkey, cheddar and bacon then another bread slice and brush outside with the sauce, like you would a grilled cheese. press or fry like a grilled cheese or in a panini pan. add lettuce onion, tomato and mayonnaise serve and enjoy. Only the Mancelona store serves Neva's secret sauce and you have to ask special for it. Neva is the owner, and a friend.
