Ingredients For dads healthy stuffed cabbage

1 lggreen cabbage, cored

128 oz can crushed tomatoes w/ juice

3 Tbsplight brown sugar

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 lbground turkey breast
-
1 ccooked white or brown rice
-
1onion, chopped
-
1egg
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
How To Make dads healthy stuffed cabbage

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg pot, bring 1" water to a boil over high heat. Place cabbage in water. Cover, reduce heat to low. Steam for about 20 mins. Drain, cool, and set aside.

2In bowl, combine tomatoes w/ juice, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well. In lg bowl, combine ground turkey breast, rice, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 2 tbs tomato mix. Mix well. Place 1 cup tomato mixin bottom of baking dish.

3Place 1 leaf of cabbage on work surface. Place 1-1/4 cups turkey mix in center of leaf. starting at one end, roll up, folding over sides. Roll loosely. Place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat w/ remaining cabbage leaves. Spoon remaining toamto mix over cabbage rolls. Cover w/ foil and bake 1-1/4 hrs. Uncover, bake additional 10 mins.
