Ingredients For dads easy stuffed cabbage rolls

  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    uncooked white rice
  • 8 lg
    cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 lg
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup

How To Make dads easy stuffed cabbage rolls

    In saucepan, bring water to boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until liquid is gone, 20 mins.

    Bring a lg saucepan of water to boil. Add cabbage leaves, cook 4 min, or until leaves are soft. Drain and cool. In bowl, combine ground turkey, rice, onion, egg, salt & pepper. Add 2 tbsp tomato soup and mix well.

    Divide meat mix evenly among cabbage leaves. Roll up and secure w/ toothpicks. In lg skillet over medium heat, place the cabbage rolls Pour soup over rolls. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 40 mins, stirring and basting w/ sauce.
