I take a bow to this Sandwich. This is the best sandwich I have ever eaten and I have never had it any other way. This is how my Japanese/Korean Mama used to make her Turkey Sandwiches. You can make with any type of Poultry Hen. This one is made with Game Hen.

Ingredients For cranberry-stuffing & poultry sandwiches

3/4 ccornish, turkey, or chicken meat fresh from the bird

2 slicewhite bread is best

2 Tbspbest foods mayonnaise

2romaine lettuce leaves

2 slicejellied cranberry sauce

1/2 cstuffing from the bird

ground peppercorns
How To Make cranberry-stuffing & poultry sandwiches

1Gather ingredients

2Spread Best Foods Mayonnaise on 2 Slices of White Bread, (I only use white for this recipe). Set Aside

3Warm the Meat & Stuffing in the microwave.

4Layer the sandwich in this order: On the bottom slice 1) Stuffing 2) Meat 3) Ground Peppercorns 4) Cranberry 5) Romaine Lettuce Leaves Top slice of Bread

5Cut in half. Enjoy
