I take a bow to this Sandwich. This is the best sandwich I have ever eaten and I have never had it any other way. This is how my Japanese/Korean Mama used to make her Turkey Sandwiches. You can make with any type of Poultry Hen. This one is made with Game Hen.

Ingredients For cranberry-stuffing & poultry sandwiches

  • 3/4 c
    cornish, turkey, or chicken meat fresh from the bird
  • 2 slice
    white bread is best
  • 2 Tbsp
    best foods mayonnaise
  • 2
    romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 slice
    jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c
    stuffing from the bird
  • ground peppercorns

How To Make cranberry-stuffing & poultry sandwiches

    Gather ingredients

    Spread Best Foods Mayonnaise on 2 Slices of White Bread, (I only use white for this recipe). Set Aside

    Warm the Meat & Stuffing in the microwave.

    Layer the sandwich in this order: On the bottom slice 1) Stuffing 2) Meat 3) Ground Peppercorns 4) Cranberry 5) Romaine Lettuce Leaves Top slice of Bread
