My Dad always request my dressing for Thanksgiving. This is so moist you won't need gravy!

Ingredients For cornbread dressing

2 cchuncked turkey breast - fresh out of the oven

2 cwhite corn meal mix
-
2large eggs
-
3 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1-2 cmilk
-
2 Tbspchopped garlic
-
2-3 Tbsppoultry seasoning
-
4-6 cturkey broth (saved from baked turkey + extra purchased, chicken broth will work)

1 mdonion chopped
-
2stalks celery chopped
-
2 stickunsalted butter
-
1 tspsalt
-
pepper to taste

2 Tbspsugar
How To Make cornbread dressing

1Prepare corn bread: mix corn meal mix, eggs, sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, & 1 tsp poultry seasoning. Add milk till soupy. Bake at 450 for 15-20 mins.

2Melt 1/2 stick butter in small skillet. Add chopped onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic & celery, cooking about 4 mins on medium heat.

3Crumble cooled cornbread into 9x13 pan sprayed will non-stick cooking spray.

4Add turkey, sauteed veggies, 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, & add turkey/chicken broth till mixture is very wet almost soupy(atleast 4 cups broth).

5Add poultry seasoning, salt & pepper to taste.

6Baked covered at 375, for one hour.
