2 lgonions, sliced

2 Tbspchopped garlic

228 oz crushed tomatoes

219 oz kidney beans, drained

16 ozcanned corn, drained

2 tspcumin

2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa

2 Tbspchili powder

1 lggreen pepper, slivered
How To Make corn chili for a crowd, barb

1Heat oil in heavy bottomed 5 qt pot. Add onion, saute over high heat 2-3 min. Add garlic and turkey, continue 5 min, stir often. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, cocoa, chili powder, coriander, cumin and salt. Mix well. Bring to simmer, cook 10 min longer. Stir in pepper.
