A tasty, quick turkey dish with a kick. Tenderloins are from the inner turkey breast, near the bone and are very tender. You can find them in bigger supermarkets.

Ingredients For chili-lime baked turkey

2 1/2 Tbspfresh lime juice

1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspdried oregano

1 1/2 tspground cumin

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspground black pepper

1 1/2 lbturkey tenderloin
How To Make chili-lime baked turkey

1Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Coat an oblong baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except turkey. Rub mixture onto all surfaces of the turkey.

3Place the turkey in a baking dish and bake 40 minutes, until juices no longer run pink when turkey is pierced, turning turkey over halfway through cooking time.

4Slice the turkey and pour the cooking juices over the slices.
