Ingredients For broccoli turkey salad

  • 1 can
    8 0unce pineapple chunks
  • 3 c
    torn salad greens
  • 2 c
    baby spinach
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 lg
    green pepper, juliened
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 c
    cooked, cubed turkey
  • dressing
  • 1/4 c
    canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard

How To Make broccoli turkey salad

    Drain the pineapple and save 1/4 cup for dressing. I large bowl toss together the vegetables and cooked turkey.
