This recipe is super easy and a great way to serve turkey burgers! I do not put these on an outdoor grill as it tends to dry them out. The ciabatta rolls add so much but a regular hamburger bun would work just fine.

1 lborganic 93% lean ground turkey

1 Tbspdijon mustand

3 Tbspblue cheese crumbles

2green onions chopped

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspbutter

4ciabatta rolls
How To Make blue cheese turkey burgers

1Mix together the Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper

2Do not over mix as this will make the burgers tough. Shape into 4- 1/4 pound burgers Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a preheated grill pan and add burgers. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until no longer pink.

3Butter ciabatta rolls and toast face down on a griddle or under the broiler until brown. Top with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and Mayo
