This recipe is super easy and a great way to serve turkey burgers! I do not put these on an outdoor grill as it tends to dry them out. The ciabatta rolls add so much but a regular hamburger bun would work just fine.

Ingredients For blue cheese turkey burgers

  • 1 lb
    organic 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustand
  • 3 Tbsp
    blue cheese crumbles
  • 2
    green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4
    ciabatta rolls

How To Make blue cheese turkey burgers

    Mix together the Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper

    Do not over mix as this will make the burgers tough. Shape into 4- 1/4 pound burgers Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a preheated grill pan and add burgers. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until no longer pink.

    Butter ciabatta rolls and toast face down on a griddle or under the broiler until brown. Top with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and Mayo
