"beefy" meatballs and egg noodles

I try not to feed my family a lot of beef but my boys absolutely love it! They get tired of turkey sausage, turkey bacon, turkey burges and so on. So I made the meatballs with turkey burger and flavored it like beef. They were non the wiser!

Ingredients For "beefy" meatballs and egg noodles

1/2 cbreadcrumbs

1beef bouillon, cube

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 jarheinz beef gravy

3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 pkglipton's beefy onion soup mix

1 canwater
-
3 Tbspvery hot water

1 pkgegg noodles
How To Make "beefy" meatballs and egg noodles

1Mix together, meat, egg, bread crumbs, Worcester sauce, and soup mix. Dilute the bouillon cube in the 3 TBS of hot water, and then add to meat mixture. Once mixed together make into 1” balls. A 1” cookie dough scooper works great for the balls. Sautee meatballs in a sprayed skillet on medium high until browned, turn to brown on all sides. Transfer the meatballs to crockpot and in the same skillet mix together gravy and mushroom soup with the 1 can of water until blended. Transfer gravy to crockpot and cook on medium for 3-4 hrs. Makes aprox. 2 dozen meatballs
