Ingredients For beautiful and hearty turkey pot pies

Turkey ci used left over turkey 2-3 cups

2-3 cfrozen peas and carrots

3 or 4 cdiced potatoes

1 mdonion diced

3 or 4 stalkcelery diced

6 pkgturkey gravy prepared

Pie crusts pkgdepending on how many you want to make

Egg mduse 1 egg with aliitle water whisp for egg wash
How To Make beautiful and hearty turkey pot pies

1Chop potatoes, onions, celery, add frozen mixed vegetables cook 10 mins drain

2Prepare turkey gravy packets or use left over gravy

3Add turkey to the gravy mix along with the potatoes, celery, peas and carrots and onions

4Use homemade pie crust or use refrigerated pie crusts. I used disposable mini pot pie containers and made a large one. Freezes well

5Add pot pie filling to pies

6Top with pastry

7Mix egg wash over top add pastry designs if desired . Freeze or bake at 350 degree oven til golden brown
