This is my sweeties favorite recipe. He says it's the best he ever ate. I'd call it spicy not hot. You can hotten it up by adding more of the seasonings.

Ingredients For taco meat

4 Tbspveggie or olive oil (i use veggie)

4 mdonions, chopped

9 clovegarlic, minced

4 lbground beef

5 Tbspchili powder

2 tspground cumin

2 tsporegano, dried

2 tspgarlic powder

2 tsponion powder

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tsponion salt

3 Tbsppaprika
-
1 tspcayenne pepper

ground pepper, to taste

4 Tbspflour
-
2 canro-tel tomatoes

2 cbeef broth
How To Make taco meat

1Heat oil in large pan. Sauté onion and garlic, about 8 minutes. Add beef, cook until no longer pink. Drain. Return meat to the pan.

2Add all seasonings and the flour. Stir until well blended. Add Ro-tel and beef stock. Stir and cook until liquid cooks down, about12 minutes.

3Taste and adjust seasonings, adding salt if desired. Serve with tortillas, chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and salsa.
