Ingredients For grilled fish tacos
- FISH RUB

2 Tbspchipotle chili powder
-
1/2 Tbspsweet paprika

1 tspground cumin
-
1 tspbrown sugar

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspground himalayan sea salt
-
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1/8 tspcayenne pepper, or more to taste
- CREAMY DILL SAUCE
-
1/2 clight sour cream
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
3 Tbspfresh dill, chopped
-
1 tsphot sauce, such as cholula®
- TACO
-
1 lbhalibut (substitute mahi mahi or orata)
-
8(6-inch) corn tortillas
-
fresh chives, chopped
-
slicered cabbage, for garnish
-
sliceripe avocado, for garnish
-
fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
-
1lime wedge per taco
How To Make grilled fish tacos

1For fish rub; mix all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

2For creamy dill sauce; whisk all ingredients in a bowl, cover and transfer to the fridge
-
3Rinse fish under cold water and pat dry. Brush the top of fish with canola oil, and sprinkle with *Fish Rub, covering the entire surface on both sides. Let stand for 5 to 7 minutes while starting BBQ.

4When it reaches 500ºF, brush grill with oil. Place fish, close lid and grill 2 1/2 to 3 minutes per side depending of the thickness or until cooked.

5Remove from heat and shred fish with 2 forks into large chunks. Grill tortillas over direct heat until slightly charred and just warm, about 10-15 seconds per side.

6Divide fish amount tacos. Sprinkle chives, then garnish with red cabbage and sliced avocado. Spoon dill cream sauce and finish with chopped cilantro
