Ingredients For fish fajitas

8fish filets your choice any firm white fish

1 cpotato flour

1 tspcumin
-
1 tspsalt

1 Tbspchili powder

oil for frying

8flour tortillas
-
1 Tbspoil

4 clovegarlic minced

1green pepper sliced
-
1red onion sliced
- SAUCE
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 Tbspchopped chipotle peppers

lettuce for serving
How To Make fish fajitas

1Take each fish filet and cut it in half. Bring pot of oil to 350 degrees. Mix the potato flour, cumin, salt and chili powder together. Dredge the filets in the flour mixture and deep fry for about 4 minutes depending on how thick the fish is.

2Meanwhile add oil to a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the onion and green pepper and stir fry until browned. Set a side.

3Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

4In a dry pan brown the flour tortillas. Top each tortillas with 2 pieces fish. the green pepper mixture, sauce and lettuce. Serve immediately
