Ingredients For fajitas

500 grustic flour, plus a little more

1salt

1baking powder

100 golive oil, divided

250 ghot water

1fresh chilli, seeded

150 gonions, halved

1garlic clove

400 gred peppers, cut into strips

400 gtomatoes, diced

4 tsppaprika powder

2 pinchsalt, to taste

2 pinchground pepper, to taste

4chicken fillets, cut into chunks

8wheat tortillas

100 ggrated cheese
How To Make fajitas

1Place flour, salt, baking powder into mixing bowl.

2Mix 10 sec/speed 3.

3Place 80 g olive oil and the hot water into mixing bowl.

4Dough 2 min/speed 4.5.

5Transfer the dough to a floured working surface and shape into a ball. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or put it in a large bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

6Divide the dough into about 8 pieces and roll out each piece into a round pie (about Ø 25 cm), sprinkling with flour if the dough is sticky.

7Place a large frying pan (Ø 26 cm) over medium-high heat. Put 1 tortilla in the pan and fry for about 1 minute or until the surface of the tortilla begins to burst blisters and begins to brown. Flip the tortilla over and fry for another 30 seconds-1 minute. Transfer to a food thermos or large plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas. Serve hot.

8Place chili, onions and garlic into mixing bowl.

9Chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

10Place peppers and remaining olive oil into mixing bowl.

11Fry 5 min./120°C/rspeed 0.5.

12place tomatoes, paprika,1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper into mixing bowl.

13Insert the cooking basket, place the chicken fillets, add 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper into mixing bowl.

14Steam for 15 min/115℃/rspeed 0.5. Remove the cooking basket and transfer the chicken into mixing bowl.

15Simmer for 5 min/100°C/rspeed 0.5. Heat the patties, preferably in the microwave, for the time indicated on the package so that they soften. Then top them with grated cheese and chicken mixture, then roll them into a cigar. Serve immediately.
