easiest ever chicken tacos

This recipe came from my sister years ago, when she was raising her children. It was easy, and yet it was very tasty! I generally make this on Cinco de Mayo every year, and that's what I'm doing today! BTW: Leftover shredded chicken freezes well!

How To Make easiest ever chicken tacos
-
1Prepare the inside of your crock pot by spraying lightly with cooking spray.
-
2Spread a large spoonful of salsa on the bottom of the crock pot. Add the chicken breasts, and cover with remaining salsa.
-
3Set the crock pot on low, and cook for 8 hours. When the chicken is done cooking, shred apart like you would for pulled pork.

4We like these served on warmed flour tortillas, and topped with the usual lettuce, tomatoes, sliced green onions, cheese, and of course sour cream.
