Ingredients For ahi tuna tacos
- SRIRACHA MAYO

1/2 cmayo

1/2 tspSriracha sauce

1/2 tsplime juice
- TACOS

8flour tortillas

1 Tbspolive oil

8 oztuna steak

1/2 Tbsptaco seasoning

1 cpickled cabbage

1red onion, cut into slices

1 ccilantro, chopped
How To Make ahi tuna tacos

1Make the Sriracha mayo by mixing all ingredients. Set aside.

2To make the tacos, brown the tortillas shells over open flame on the stove or in a lightly oiled pan.

3Add the olive oil to a pan. Rub the tuna steak with the taco seasoning and sear the on both sides until desired doneness. Set on cutting board and slice into strips.

4To assemble the tacos, place the cabbage on bottom of tortillas then the onion. Top with tuna slices and sprinkle cilantro on top.

5Drizzle Sriracha mayo over all.
