4-6lamb loin chops

How To Make pan-fried "asian" lamb chops

1In a small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.

2Place chops in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over chops. Turn them to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

3Heat oil over medium high in a skillet (preferably cast iron). When hot, add chops and cook about 5 minutes per side. Let rest in pan, off heat, for a few minutes, and then serve,
