Very easy "Asian" flavored lamb chops. Serve with steamed rice and a vegie.

Ingredients For pan-fried "asian" lamb chops

  • 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 clove
    garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 4-6
    lamb loin chops
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make pan-fried "asian" lamb chops

    In a small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.

    Place chops in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over chops. Turn them to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

    Heat oil over medium high in a skillet (preferably cast iron). When hot, add chops and cook about 5 minutes per side. Let rest in pan, off heat, for a few minutes, and then serve,
