Ingredients For lamb chops with orange zest and turmeric

5 Tbspolive oil

3 clovegarlic, peeled and crushed

zestof 2 oranges (finely grated)

2 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspdried mint

1 1/2 tspground turmeric

3/4 tspsalt

1 lb(4-6 chops) lamb chops (loin or rib)

1 lgonion. peeled and sliced
How To Make lamb chops with orange zest and turmeric

1Mix oil, garlic, orange zest, honey, mint, turmeric, and salt together in a small bowl.

2Place the lamb chops in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Spread marinade over chops and cover with plastic wrap. Marinate in fridge for 2 hours (up to overnight).

3Preheat oven to 400F. Coat an oblong baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread onion slices on bottom of dish and place chops on top.

4Roast for 15-20 minutes, according to how rare you want them.

5Serve immediately.
