Ingredients For xo noodles with shrimp

12 ozshrimp peeled and deveined
- MARINADE

1 tspshaoxing wine

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspwhite pepper

1/2 tspcornstarch
- SAUCE

2 Tbspxo sauce
-
1 Tbspdark soy sauce
-
2 tsplight soy sauce
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/8 tspwhite pepper
- STIR FRY

8 ozrice noodles cooked according to package directions

2 Tbspvegetable oil

4 clovegarlic minced
-
2baby bok choy sliced
-
1carrot shredded
How To Make xo noodles with shrimp

1Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the shrimp. Let marinate at least 1 hour.

2Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

3Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. Set aside.

4In a Wok add the oil over med. high heat and add the garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook until browned on both sides then transfer to a plate and set aside.

5Add the bok choy and carrots cook about 1 minute. Add the noodles and stir until coated then add the sauce then the shrimp back in and cook 1 minute. Serve
