Ingredients For tuna with herbed aioli

1/4 colive oil

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

3 Tbspchopped basil
-
2 tspfresh thyme
-
2 tsptarragon
-
2 clovegarlic, minced

4tuna steaks (about 4 oz each)

salt and pepper
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
micro greens
How To Make tuna with herbed aioli

1Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, basil, thyme, tarragon and garlic together. Remove two tablespoons of the mixture and set aside.

2Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Place in the olive oil mixture and let marinate 1 hour at room temperature.

3Place the mayo in a bowl and add the two tablespoons of reserved marinade. Mix well to make the aioli.

4Remove the tuna from the marinade and place in a hot pan over med high heat. Sear about 5 minutes each side. (More or less depending on how you like them cooked.) Serve with aioli and micro greens.
