How To Make tuna steaks w lemon parsley butter & microgreens

1Mix the butter, lemon juice, and parsley together. Divide into 4 little balls.

2Season the Tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a cast iron pan. Sear the tuna 3 minutes each side. Remove pan from heat and place a ball of butter mixture on top of each tuna steaks.Let the butter melt and coat the steaks.

3Serve garnished with microgreens.
