Ingredients For teriyaki tuna steak

48 oz tuna steaks

1 csoy sauce

1 csake
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbsptomato paste

6 clovegarlic minced

green onions chopped for garnish
How To Make teriyaki tuna steak

1Mix the soy sauce, sake, lemon juice, brown sugar, tomato paste and garlic together. Place the steaks in the marinade. Cover and let marinate for 4 hours.

2Remove the steaks from the marinate. Pour the marinate into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let reduce for 10 minutes.

3Get your grille super hot or if using a pan add some oil and get it hot. Sear the tuna steaks on each side for about 4 minutes per side. Pour the sauce over top and garnish with green onions
