1 1/2 cv8 juice

4 cchicken broth or water with lobster base

1envelope dry onion soup mix

1/4 clemon juice

1/2 ceach diced celery and red onion

1/4 csugar
-
1 Tbspcrystal hot sauce

12 ozbox of acini de pepe pasta

1 lbshrimp peeled and deviened
-
salt and pepper to taste

cilantro for garnish
How To Make tangy tomato sauce with shrimp & acini de pepe

1Mix the first 7 ingredients together and place in the fridge to let flavors meld overnight.

2Place the tomato mixture in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add the acini de pepe. Lower heat to a simmer. Simmer about 15 minutes. Add the shrimp and simmer for another 5 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro
