Ingredients For sweet and spicy salmon

  • 4
    limes
  • 4
    salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2 stalk
    green onions chopped

How To Make sweet and spicy salmon

    Slice 3 of the limes and juice one lime. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

    In a saucepan melt the butter and add the sweet chili sauce, garlic, brown sugar, lime juice and red pepper flakes. Mix well and cook until sugar has dissolved.

    Preheat oven 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil. Arrange the 3 lime sliced and set the salmon fillets on the lime slices. Drizzle the sweet chili sauce over the fillets. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
