1/4 choisin sauce

3 Tbspsoy sauce

How To Make stir fried hoisin shrimp

1Mix the marinade together and add the shrimp. Marinade for at least 20 minutes. Remove shrimp and discard the marinade. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

2Place the peanut oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and cook 15 second. Add the sauce and heat to boiling. Add the shrimp and toss to coat with sauce.

3Heat uncovered for 3 minutes. Serve garnished with scallions.
