1/4 colive oil

4 clovegarlic minced

1 tspcalabrian chilies chopped add more if you want it really spicy

1 cdry white wine

2 ctomato puree

1 Tbspbutter

chopped fresh oregano for serving
How To Make spicy mussels in a tomato broth

1Scrub the mussels and pull off any beards. Over medium high heat add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the chilies and cook 1 minute.

2Add the mussels and white wine and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomato puree and simmer for about 5 minutes.

3Stir in the butter. Discard any mussles that didn't open. Serve placing the mussels in a bowl and drizzle the broth over top and garnish with oregano
