50 gonion, cut in pieces ( 3 cm)

100 gshrimp, peeled and deveined

60 gsquid, cut in rings

100 gSpanish paella rice

270 gseafood broth

20 gwhite wine

1 pinchsaffron

0.25 tsppaprika

100 gclams, cleaned

0.25 gblack pepper, ground

5 gParmigiano cheese, grated
How To Make spanish paella

1Place garlic and onion into mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

2Add butter into mixing bowl. Saute 3 mins/120°C/speed 1.

3Add shrimp and squids into mixing bowl. Cook 3 mins/120°C/speed 1. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

4Place paella rice into mixing bowl. Cook 2 mins/120°C/speed 1.

5Add seafood broth, white wine, saffron and paprika into mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket into mixing bowl, add clams into it. Than cook 9 mins/100°C/speed 1. Remove simmering basket and set clams aside.

6Add black pepper and sugar into mixing bowl. Cook 5 mins/100°C/speed 1.

7Transfer into a serving plate and mix with cooked seafood, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
