1 Tbspchopped fresh thyme

1/4 colive oil

2 Tbsplemon juice

How To Make sous vide octopus with herb lemon oil

1Heat the circulator to 165 degrees. Place the octopus and the remaining ingredients into a large baggie.

2Immerse the bag in the circulator water bath by the displacement method. Seal the bag and cook for 6 hours.

3Remove the bag from the water and rinse the octopus. Light a grill and grill the octopus until lightly charred.

4Mix the ingredients for the lemon herb oil together and serve with the octopus
