Ingredients For singapore curry noodles with shrimp

  • 1 c
    chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    each soy sauce and oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 1
    red bell pepper sliced
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 md
    onion sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    chives chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    shrimp peeled and deviened
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles cooked according to directions

How To Make singapore curry noodles with shrimp

    Mix the chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar together and set aside.

    Add the oil to a large skillet. Saute the peppers, and onion together for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook 1 more minute. Stir in the curry powder. Pour in the chicken broth mixture.

    Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add the shrimp and chives. Cook until shrimp begins to get pink. Stir in the noodles. Cook 1 minute. Serve
