Ingredients For shrimp salad

  • 1 Tbsp
    Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced red onion
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh dill, for garnish
  • crackers, for serving

How To Make shrimp salad

  • 1
    Place the Cajun seasoning in a pan with about 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and let cool. Cut into small pieces.

    Place shrimp in a bowl and add the red onion and red pepper. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Mix into the shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with fresh dill and crackers.
