Ingredients For shrimp salad

1 TbspCajun seasoning

1 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

3 Tbspminced red onion

1/3 cchopped red bell pepper

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 tsplemon juice

2 tspDijon mustard

salt and pepper

fresh dill, for garnish

crackers, for serving
How To Make shrimp salad

1Place the Cajun seasoning in a pan with about 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and let cool. Cut into small pieces.

2Place shrimp in a bowl and add the red onion and red pepper. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Mix into the shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

3Serve with fresh dill and crackers.
