How To Make shrimp & peas sous vide

1Prepare the water bath to 140 degrees. Put the shrimp and the stock in a sealable baggie and immerse in the water bath removing air while immersing.

2Cook for 40 minutes.

3Combine the peas, stock, and sugar together in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Mix the soy sauce and cornstarch together and stir into sauce to thicken

4Serve the sauce with the peas.
