2/3 conion, chopped

1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped

1/2 ccelery, chopped

1 can(28 ounces) can tomatoes

1 can(8 ounces) tomato sauce

2cloves garlic, minced

2bay leaves

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

celery salt to taste

1-1/2 lbshrimp, cooked
How To Make shrimp creole

1Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings and simmer for 40 minutes. Add cooked shrimp just before serving.

2Serve over rice. Chicken and pork chops are delicious when baked in this sauce at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
