1 lbunpeeled, medium sized fresh shrimp

3Roma tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 mdyellow bell pepper, diced

1 mdred bell pepper, diced

1/2 colive oil

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1/8 tspchili oil

1/4 cchopped fresh dillweed

1 Tbspchopped shallots

1 Tbspchopped fresh tarragon

1 Tbspcrushed red pepper

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

3/4 cfrozen English peas

1 1/2 cbroccoli florets

8 ozlinguine pasta
How To Make shrimp and fresh vegetable pasta

1Bring the water to a boil. Add the shrimp, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well, and rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein the shrimp.

2Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Add the tomato and the next 11 ingredients. Toss gently to combine. Cover and chill.

3Cook the peas according to the package instructions. Drain well, and set the peas aside.

4Cook the broccoli in a small amount of boiling water for 1 minute. Drain well, and rinse with cold water. Add the broccoli to the peas, and toss gently. Add the reserved shrimp mixture, tossing gently to combine.

5Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain well. Add the shrimp mixture, and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
