Shells are a good meal,but not very consistant.Serve them with chilli,lemon and fresh bread.

  • 200 g
    shells
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 50 ml
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 200 g
    tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper
  • 1 pinch
    chilli
  • 1 pinch
    parsley

How To Make shells in tomato sauce

    Stew in oil,chopped onion and garlic,and chill.

    Add tomato sauce vinegar,salt,pepper and boil.
  • 3
    When the sauce is thick,add shells.
  • 4
    Stew a little more,pour fresh ,or dry and serve.
